WELABS attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes the data collected on welabs.ch, how it is used and your rights, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).
Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), subject, message, IP address and date sent. This data is used solely to process and answer your request.
AI assistant: questions asked to the demo assistant are sent to a language-model provider to generate an answer and are stored anonymously to improve the service. Do not enter sensitive data there.
Technical data: our host (Infomaniak, Switzerland) records connection logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and statistical purposes, kept for a limited period.
The website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (language choice, form security). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
Contact requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting in Switzerland, language-model provider for the assistant) strictly within the scope described above.
You may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to contact@welabs.ch.
